If pump shaft was replaced, it is necessary to drill locking holes in
pump shaft [2100].

Make sure half couplings are correctly positioned on motor and on
pump shafts :

Tighten one of each dog point screws [7416].
It is necessary to use a guide screw to drill :
Lock screw M8 : drill a hole 5,5
Lock screw M6 : drill a hole 4

Screw the guide screw in the free tapped hole.

Drill the dog point lock hole :

Remove the guide screw.
Add high-strength Thread lock on dog point screw [7416] and
tighten the screw to lock the half coupling in place.

Repeat this process for other 3 screws.

Fasten the 2 half couplings together vis screws [7412] using high-
strength tread lock to secure them.

Slide the upper column onto the shaft and fasten motor flange to
upper column flange.

ASSEMBLY OF INTERMEDIAITE BEARING
Press bushing [3320] into bearing housing [3250].
When a pre-drilled bushing is used, make sure to set correctly the
opening in front of the lubrication hole located in the bearing housing.
Use a bronze drift (OD drift > OD bushing) and check the flange
contact surface is correct.
When a full size bushing is used (not drilled) it will be necessary
to drill the bushing afterwards.

Press the bushing into the bearing housing (bronze bushing or
Graphalloy® bushing)
