Problem
No access to device through SIDNE®
If the problem persists, contact Stryker Technical Support: +1.800.624.4422.
Solution
Attempt the following steps in order:
• E nsure SIDNE® is powered on.
• E nsure the Visum LED Light
and Camera is powered on
and connected to SIDNE.
