Use nuts (A) and threaded rod (B) to

stretch or loosen spring (C), pressure of
9 kg (20 lb).
If necessary, replace spring, but first

disassemble the threaded rod.
Place the new spring and apply the

correct pressure.
Replace the two belt protections, and
✔
tighten screws.

Battery
The TR 600G is provided with a system
that sufficiently charges battery for normal
use. You can extend battery life by
periodically charging it with an automotive
charger.
Always keep battery and terminals
✔
clean.
Keep battery screws tight.
✔
Recharge battery with 6 to 10 A for
✔
one hour.

Note:
The battery of your equipment

does not require maintenance. Do
not attempt to remove covers. You
do not need to check or complete
the level of the electrolyte.
Clean Battery and Terminals
Corrosion and dirt in battery and terminals
can decrease power.
1 - To remove battery from equipment, see
item "Installation" (Check Battery).
2 - Wash battery with water and dry it.
3 - Clean terminals and cable ends with a
metal brush until shiny.
4 - Cover terminals with grease or
Vaseline.
5 - Install battery.
Motor
Lubrication
Only use high-quality detergent oil,
classified as SG-SL by API. Select SAE oil,
viscosity grade according to the operation
temperature foreseen.
