Blades must be sharpened with
proper machines to assure adequate
sharpening. Respect the angle
indicated in the figure below.

Attention!
Do not replace just part of the
set of blades. Always replace the
whole set for rotor balance and
to prevent vibration.
Every time blades are removed
(disassembled/reassembled), check
adjustment and distance between blade
and counter-blade before turning on the
machine. To adjust the position of the
counter-blade:
Remove locking screws (4).

Turn the rotor (1), bringing blades (2)
✔
near the counter-blade (3).
Adjust the position of counter-blade (3)
✔
with adjustment nut (5), allowing a
distance between blade and counter-
blade between 1.6 mm (0.063.") and
3.2 mm (0.126.").
Make sure the distance is the same for
✔
all blades.
Lock adjustment nuts (5) and tighten
✔
securing screw (4) with a torque
wrench, as shown in table "Torque
Specifications".

Check Belt Stretching
Belts are provided with an automatic
stretcher, spring, which needs to be
checked. To either increase or decrease
belt stretching, do as follows:
Stop the machine.

Remove ignition key and disassemble

cardan.
Remove screws from both transmission
✔
protections – upper and lower.
Remove both protections.
