When at maximum opening, plastic
safety protections and shafts must be
superimposed at least 1/3 of their
length (LT). When at maximum closing,
the minimum gap allowed is 1 to 2 cm
(Figure 1).
Keep terminals aligned.

tractor. In the event of problems, get in
touch with TRAPP nearest Technical
Assistant. After installing, secure cardan
safety protections, both on the tractor
and on the machine, with the chain
that comes with the cardan.
Make sure pivots are free. If TDP shaft is

equipped with other safety devices,
such as torque limit or a clutch, install
them accordingly.
These operations must be made on
adequate floor only. Stop tractor,
disconnect from TDP and use parking
brakes. If necessary, lift the machine
from the ground. For safety reasons,
place it on a support to prevent
accidents.
