8.3.6. CLEANING THE EXCHANGER WITH TURBULATOR-SHAKER DEVICE

The fume ducts inside the heating chamber must be cleaned at least once every 2-3 days by
operating the two knobs repeatedly with an upward and downward movement.
Do this with the boiler off and cold.
At the end of the operation make sure the turbulators are in the rest position
on the lowest level.
9.

EXTRAORDINARY MAINTENANCE

Every 1800 hours of operation or 2000 Kg burnt pellet by means of a message "SERVICE
DUE", the boiler signals the need for extraordinary maintenance (not under warranty) to be
performed by qualified personnel who will carry out complete cleaning and reset the message.
Operations on the internal parts of the boiler must be carried out by qualified personnel.
Contact the nearest Authorised Service Centre.
Make sure the boiler is unplugged and cold before carrying out any work on
it.

10. STORAGE AND DISPOSAL

10.1 NOT USED FOR IDLE PERIODS

If the boiler is not used for long periods (and/or at the end of each season), proceed as
follows:
Step Action
1 Remove all the pellets from the hopper.
2 Disconnect the power supply.
Clean thoroughly and, if necessary, have any damaged parts replaced by

qualified personnel.
4 Protect the boiler from dust with suitable covering.
5 Store in a dry and safe place protected from atmospheric agents.
