The BGM kit does not contain testing supplies.
The BGM is compatible with Philips or BioTel Care® Test Strips
and Philips Control Solution or BioTel Care® Glucose Control
Solution only.
The following supplies are provided separately:
• Test Strips
• Lancets
• Control Solution (L1 and L2)
Using your new BGM:
• Make sure you charge your meter for at least 6 hours before
fi rst use.
• To charge your meter, use the AC charger included in your kit.
Important:
• Please remove the protective fi lm over the screen.
• Wait for the meter to fi nish the boot process to start a test
when it powers on.
You should use the BGM for:
• Testing blood glucose
• Testing only with fresh capillary whole blood samples
You should NOT use the BGM for:
• The diagnosis of Diabetes
• Testing blood glucose on newborn infants
• Testing of arterial blood
• Testing of venous blood
