Terms of Warranty
Telcare, LLC, a Philips Company ("Philips") warrants the Philips
Connected Blood Glucose Meter (BGM) to be free of defects in
workmanship and materials under normal use for a period of
one (1) year from the date of purchase.
The liability of Philips is limited to repair or replacement. In no
event shall Philips be liable for any collateral or consequential
damages or loss.
Instruments subjected to misuse, abuse, neglect, exposure to
water, unauthorized repair, or modifi cation are excluded from
this warranty.
This guarantee specifi cally excludes expendables and
consumables. Lost, stolen, or irretrievable devices are also
specifi cally excluded from this warranty.
Transfer of ownership will render this warranty null and void.
