NOTE: The spark plug must be tightened firmly. A loose spark plug may
overheat and even damage the engine. Similarly, over tightening may damage the
spark plug and, worse, the engine cylinder head thread.

8.4 Filter of fuel valve maintenance

DANGER: Gasoline is extremely explosive and flammable. Smoking, starting
fires or generating any type of flame is completely forbidden when performing this
maintenance operation. Check the safety instructions regarding gasoline on first
chapter of this manual.
1. Check fuel tank was emptied.
2. Using a spanner, unscrew the valve, turning counter clockwise.
3. Remove fuel valve and check filter.
4. Clean all residue from the filter or even replace it if there are signs of
deterioration.
5. Reinstall the filter and valve, according to the disassembly steps, then in
reverse order.
