Assembly Instructions for VersaPak
1.
Brackets can only be assembled to VersaPak
lids.
2.
Remove bracket from packaging.
3.
Visually inspect screws for burrs. Do not attempt to
assemble using stripped or burred screws.
4.
Remove screw(s) from bracket channel with a standard
Phillips head screwdriver.
5.
Place bracket in desired location on the inside of the base of
the device.
6.
Line up the channel holes and nut with the holes on the floor
of VersaPak
base.

7.
Place screw through the VersaPak™ base into the channel
and bracket's nut.
8.
Use a standard Phillips head screwdriver to attach the
bracket.
9.
Ensure screws are securely tightened onto VersaPak
base.

VersaPak™ ClipConnect
Intended Use
The VersaPak™ ClipConnect is a device that is intended to hold
two VersaPak™ bases together. It is inserted into the slot on the
bottom VersaPak™ base and then snapped into the top
VersaPak™ base.

Product Description
The VersaPak™ ClipConnect is a device that is intended to hold two
VersaPak™ bases together. It is inserted into the slot on the bottom
VersaPak™ base and then snapped into the top VersaPak™ base.
It will prevent the VersaPak™ bases from becoming unseated when
they are stacked on top of each other. The VersaPak™ ClipConnect
will be available in multiple sizes to accommodate all of the base
heights that the VersaPak™ offers. This product can only be use
with VersaPak™ bases.
Precautions
Use care when handling the VersaPak™ ClipConnect, as
aggressive handling or dropping can cause damage to the
device.

When stacking trays, the total weight shall not exceed 25 Ibs
(11.3 kg) per ANSI/AAMI ST77, Containment Devices for
Reusable Medical Devices.
When stacking multiple trays, remove clips starting from the
top and work down.
Inspect the VersaPak™ ClipConnect for damage and
distortion prior to each use. If the VersaPak™ ClipConnect
does not snap in firmly and is loose when inserting into the
slot, do not use.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Stack one VersaPak
base on top of another VersaPak

VersaPak™
ClipConnect size to be used should correspond to the
height of the upper VersaPak tray. The
size can be identified by the size marking shown (Figure 1). The
VersaPak
ClipConnect has arrows that indicate the ClipConnect's
™
correct orientation as shown (Figure 1).

Insert the bottom of the

VersaPak™
ClipConnect into the top
(Figure 3) until it snaps in place.

The VersaPak™ ClipConnect is to remain engaged on VersaPak™
bases when they are wrapped or placed in a container. When the
VersaPak
is ready to be opened, begin by removing the lid.
