13. Maintenance
13.1 Cleaning
To avoid damaging both the wear and the appearance of the
working chamber in the long term, it is important to periodi-
cally clean and prevent the formation of remains.
You have to avoid working with products that may get rusty.
The oxide residues cause the stainless steel to become con-
taminated. If the usual work is contaminated, they should be
cleaned and polished immediately.
13.2 Periodic maintenance tasks
Daily
Check the condition of the cover gasket and its placement to
prevent closing the lid being pinched or cut.
Weekly
Check the condition of the product probe, that the cable does
not have cuts in the cover, or excessive folds that could dam-
age the internal cables.
Check that the low level control buoy (at the bottom of the
chamber) is free to move.
Carry out a cycle with only clean water to eliminate possible
product residues. You can add a few drops of anti-degreasing,
dishwasher-like, when doing this cycle, as it will help to clean
the pipes.
Monthly
Clean the drain filter (on the front of the equipment).
Check that the consumption of the resistance is adequate.
In the three-phase model, check that the consumption is the
same in each phase.
Annually
Remove the side covers and check that there is no leak. In the
event of a leak, repair the union of the fitting.
Check the operation of the water diffusers. If necessary, disas-
semble and clean.
Clean the compressor inlet filter.
If the use of the equipment is high (more than 1 cycle per day)
it is advisable to replace the door seal.
NOTE: There is a pre-set CLEANING program that can
be done for the weekly cleaning task. The cleaning cy-
cle must be done with an empty chamber.
