The amount of oil collected and reported during sys-
tem flush does not include the amount of oil collect-
ed during the initial recovery.
8. Verify there is at least 6,0 kg (13,2 lb) of refrigerant
in the ACS 661.
i
The ACS 661 will not be able to complete a system
flush without at least 6,0 kg (13,2 lb) of refrigerant
in the ISV.
i
If the ACS 661 does not have at least 6,0 kg (13,2 lb)
of refrigerant on-board, see the chapter 'Tank Fill'.
9. Disconnect the ACS 661 from the vehicle.
10. Refer to the vehicle service manual, and connect the
appropriate flushing adapters and bypasses.
11. Connect the low-side (blue) service hose directly to
the filter of the flushing kit.
12. Remove the high-side (red) service coupling and
connect the high-side (red) service hose to the sys-
tem suction line adapter.
13. Use the supplied hose to connect the system dis-
charge adapter to the flusher inlet.
14. Connect hoses according to the instructions includ-
ed with the flush kit.
15. Select System Flush from the Setup Menu.
The ACS 661 displays a prompt to verify the
flushing kit is correctly attached and to open
both panel valves.
16. Press F1 to continue.
17. Accept the default vacuum time or program a great-
er amount of time. Press F1.
When vacuum is complete, a 5-minute pres-
sure test begins. A small amount of refrigerant is
charged and recovered through the flushing cir-
cuit, while the ACS 661 continuously checks for
pressure loss within the system.
After a successful pressure test, the ACS 661

process:
Complete oil: xxxyy
23. After a successful flush and system reassembly,
