5.1 Basic Operation

5.1.1 Select test method
In the main menu, press numeric keys or use
corresponding menu, and then press [ENTER] to confirm.
5.1.2 Set wavelength
Press [GOTO] to set wavelength, use numeric keys to input the value and press
[ENTER] to confirm. When the wavelength changes to the point you set, the system
calibrates 100%T/0Abs automatically.
5.1.3 Set parameters
In the different menus, press the corresponding F (1-4) to go into different parameter
setting screen, use
numeric keys. Then press [ENTER] to confirm, and press [ESC] to return.
5.1.4 Set auto-cell holder (optional accessory)
Press [CELL] to active the auto cell holder and press the numeric keys (1-8) to
make corresponding cell position at the light path. Press [CELL] again to inactive
the auto cell holder.
5.1.5 Delete the input value
to delete the last character, and press [CLEAR] to delete all the characters.

5.1.6 Delete the test result and stored data
In the test screen, press [CLEAR] to delete the test result or stored data.
5.1.7 Calibrate 100%T/0Abs
Put the reference in the light path, then press [100%t/0 ABS] to calibrate
100%T/0Abs.
5.1.8 Measure samples
In the test screen, put the samples to be tested in the light path, and press [START/
STOP] to measure.
5.1.9 Print the test result
In the test screen, press [PRINT] to print the test result.
5.1.10 Store the test result
In the test screen, press [SAVE] to store the test result. Input the file name by means
of the numeric keys and press [ENTER] to confirm.
5.1.11 Load the stored file
In the test screen, press [OPEN] to go into file selecting screen. Press
to choose the file you want, and press [ENTER] to open.
In different menus, users can only load the files with the corresponding
extension. These are some of the corresponding extensions:
