5.4.4 Clock Setup

Set Time

Input the time (Hour, Minute, Second) by means of the numeric keypad, press [EN-
TER] to confirm and return automatically.

Input the Date (Year, Month, Day) by numeric keypad, press [ENTER] to confirm
and return automatically.

Display Time
Press [3] or use
confirm. Then the time will be displayed on the Right Top corner.

Display Date
Press [4] or use
confirm. Then the Date will display on the Right Top corner.
5.4.5 Refresh Dark Current
When the working environment changed, users should refresh Dark
Current before test.
Press [5] or use
to confirm. Then the system begins to refresh Dark Current.
Note: During the course, open the lid of the compartment is prohibited.
5.4.6 Connect to PC
