CALIBRAZIONE MACCHINA
Dal MENÙ di SERVIZIO
per entrare nel MENÙ di CALIBRAZIONE occorre digitare
correttamente la seguente sequenza di tasti:
F2 F5
F3.
In questo menù è possibile accedere alle seguenti funzioni:
CORREZIONE SQUILIBRIO FLANGIA
Premere il tasto
F2
per attivare il menu e seguire le istruzioni a video (vedi paragrafo "Taratura base
della macchina");
AUTO-TARATURA EQUILIBRATRICE
Premere il tasto
F3
per attivare il menu e seguire le istruzioni a video (vedi paragrafo "Taratura base
della macchina");
USO SOLO PER RUOTE AUTOCARRO
Montare una ruota di autocarro in buone condizioni sulla flangia e fissarvela per bene.
2 - Selezionare il programma standard per ruote di autocarro come illustrato nel paragrafo "Selezione
programma di equilibratura".
Attenzione! La prima fase di taratura forza comunque il programma autovettura per cui il pro-
gramma autocarri deve essere sempre reimpostato dopo tale fase di taratura.
3 - Impostare con molta attenzione le misure della ruota come illustrato nel paragrafo "Impostazione
dati ruota".
Successivamente si procede come nel caso della ruota di vettura, dal passo 3 al passo 11: in
particolare si raccomanda di utilizzare per l'autotaratura un peso da 350g anziché da 60g (digitare
quindi 3 5 0 OK al momento opportuno: passo 6 della procedura).

MACHINE CALIBRATION
To enter the CALIBRATION MENU from the SERVICE MENU
following sequence of keys:
F2 F5

In this menu you can execute the following functions:
FLANGE IMBALANCE CORRECTION
Press the
F2
key to activate the menu and follow the on-screen instructions (see paragraph "Basic
calibration of the machine");
BALANCER SELF-CALIBRATION
Press the
F3
key to activate the menu and follow the on-screen instructions (see paragraph "Basic
calibration of the machine");
FOR USE ONLY WITH TRUCK WHEELS
1 - Fit a truck wheel in good condition on the adapter and fix it well.
2 - Select the standard program for truck wheels as described in the "Selecting balancing program"
section.
Warning! The first calibration stage forces the use of the car program and so the truck program
always has to be reset after this initial stage.
3 - Very carefully set the wheel measurements as described in the "Wheel settings" section.
Subsequently proceed as in steps 3 to 11 for car wheels above. However, a sample weight of 350g
should be used instead of 60g for the self-calibration (therefore keying 3 5 0 OK in step 6 of the
procedure).

Dans ce menu il est possible d'accéder aux fonctions suivantes:

UTILISATION UNIQUEMENT POUR LES ROUES DE CAMION
1 - Monter une roue de camion en bon état sur le plateau en la fixant solidement.
2 - Sélectionner le programme standard pour les roues de camion comme illustré au paragraphe
"Sélection du programme d'équilibrage".
Attention! La première phase de l'auto-étalonnage force le programme de la voiture et par conséquent
le programme de camion doit toujours être réintroduit après cette phase d'étalonnage.
3 - Introduire très attentivement les mesures de la roue (voir paragraphe "Introduction des données
de la roue").
Successivement on procède comme dans le cas de la roue de voiture, du pas 3 au pas 11: on
conseille en particulier d'utiliser une masse de 350g au lieu de 60g pour l'auto-étalonnage (taper
donc 3 5 0 OK au bon moment: pas 6 de la procédure).
