2. Secure the retaining panel to the support using 4
bolts.

3. Secure the sliding arm to the lateral holder using 4
bolts.

Tightening torque: 65 N*m

Lubricate the parts to be joined before installation.

4. Thread the hinged arm into the upper part of the
support and secure it using a bolt and washer.

Tightening torque: 170 N*m

To ensure safe and ergonomic use, a minimum distance
of 500 mm must be maintained from the next wall
when setting up the tire changing machine with the
TCE 330-TCE 230 installed. When doing so, remember
to allow for the maximum space requirement when
extending the moving parts into operating position.
