MANUFACTURING CHARACTERISTICS
The burner consists of the following parts:
• Combustion air intake with butterfly gate for adjusting the air
flow rate, with insert in soundproofing material designed to
obtain optimal linear air shutter opening.
• Coupling flange to the sliding generator, to adapt the
protuberance of the head to various types of heating generators.
• Air pressure switch to ensure the presence of combustion air.
• Minimum and maximum air flow adjustment by means of a step
electric servomotor that is controlled electronically.
• Gas train complete with security valve and electromagnetic
actuator, minimum pressure switch, pressure regulator and
gas filter.
• Flame detection by ionisation electrode.
• Burner automatic command and control equipment with
microprocessor (electronic cam) in compliance with European
standard EN298, with valve tightness control and eBus
connection. Display showing the operating sequence and error
code in the event of a lockout.
• Connection to gas train with fail safe connectors.
• 7-pole plugs for the electricity supply and the thermostat

The operating ranges are obtained from test boilers corresponding to Standard EN676 and are indicative of the burner-boiler combination.
For correct burner operation the size of the combustion chamber must correspond to current regulations; if not the manufacturers
must be consulted.
