Take a picture with the camera. (page 32)
1 Set the DISPLAY switch to ON.
2 Set the PLAY/CAMERA/OFF switch to
CAMERA.
3 Set the FLASH switch to OFF and WB switch
to AUTO.
4 Set the picture resolution mode to Hi by
pressing the picture resolution mode button
several times.
5 Point the camera at the subject, and adjust the
frame by monitoring the LCD of the camera.
6 Set the iris of the lens. To do so, loosen the
screw located at the lower side of the lens, turn
the iris ring to set to the desired position, then
tighten the screw. The iris setting can be
observed through the iris indication window
located at the upper side of the lens.
About focus
With the supplied lens, a subject located
approximately 1.5 meters from the lens can be
focused in. If the iris is stopped down, the
range within which a subject can be in focus
becomes broader.
7 Press the release button.
Repeat steps 5 to 7 to take pictures
consecutively.
Review the picture taken. Select a picture to be
printed out if there are several. (page 35)
1 Set the PLAY/CAMERA/OFF switch to PLAY.
The last picture taken is displayed on the LCD.
2 Press Z or z of the mode button to select the
picture to be printed.
Print.
1 Attach the camera to the station. (page 29)
2 You can select black and white (B/W) or color
(COL) for a printout by pressing the B/W/
COLOR button on the station. (page 40)
3 You can select full size (1) or split (2, 4, 6, 9,
16) reduced image for a printout by pressing the
SPLIT button on the station. (pages 8 and 40)
4 Press the PRINT button on the station.
The printing will be completed in about two
and a half minutes. The time required for
printing varies depending on the type of paper
used.
