Adjusting the Printout Quality—Menu Operation

Press the MENU button.

Press the MENU button.

Select the SETTING number in which desired printout quality settings
are stored by pressing the ı or ∫ button.

Press the EXEC button.
If the settings are for a color picture, the COLOR GUIDE screen is
displayed. Choose CANCEL and press the EXEC button again.
The settings registered to the selected number will be retrieved.
When the PRINT button on the station is pressed, the printout is made
according to the settings of the selected SETTING number.
While the COLOR GUIDE screen is displayed in Step 3 above, if you
choose RGB or DLGm and press the EXEC button, the color guide can be
printed.

Select the source SETTING number in which the settings to be copied
are stored, by pressing the ı or ∫ button.

Hold the √ button pressed until "SAVE SETTING" appears on the
LCD.

Select the destination SETTING number to which data are to be copied
by pressing the ı or ∫ button.

Press the EXEC button.
If the settings are for a color picture, the COLOR GUIDE screen is
displayed. Choose CANCEL and press the EXEC button again.
The settings of the SETTING number selected in step 2 are copied to the
number selected in step 4.
While the COLOR GUIDE screen is displayed in Step 5 above, if you
choose RGB or DLGm and press the EXEC button, the color guide can be
printed.
