Changing the band saw blade
Wear gloves when handling with saw blades!
Before changing the blade, check that the machine is swiched
off and disconet from the power suply
ATTENTION: Take care to install the saw band correctly!
Check the direction of the teething
Loosen four lock knobs for the guide rail, and pull out the guide rail (Fig.n;1n).
Open the upper cover and lower cover.
Set the upper blade guide to its lowest position (Fig.o;1o).
Loosen saw blade tension knob until the band saw blade has slackened.
Remove the band saw blade from the machine.
Fit a fresh band saw blade and center band saw blade on the rubber tyres of the band saw
wheels.
Tighten the saw blade tension knob.
Replaced the guide rail to its original position.
Close the upper and lower cover.

Changing the v-ribbed belt
1.
Relax the saw blade with the blade tension knob.
2.
Open the lower saw band cover and remove the bandsaw blade from
the drive shaft.
