phases are at a variable frequency of up to 150 Hz, while the third is an intense se-
ries of impulses (each impulse perceived consists of 6 indistinguishable impulses
in rapid succession). During this programme, strong and prolonged contractions
alternate with more incisive and rapid stimulation.
PROG. 9 - toning, definition and firming - duration 30 minutes
This programme is ideal for defining and firming the abdomen. It consists of an
alternating cycle of 6 different phases of stimulation, of which 3 are in close se-
quence and each of a higher frequency that the previous (each impulse perceived
consists of 6 indistinguishable impulses in rapid succession).
PROG. 10 - toning, strength training and resistance - duration 30 minutes
A programme with a single phase of stimulation. You can use this programme to
increase the strength and resistance of abdominal muscles. It consists of a single
intense phase interspersed with extremely brief pauses. Choose a comfortable
level of intensity.
PROG. 11 - toning, definition and strength training - duration 30 minutes
An advanced programme with 12 different phases of stimulation that alternate
cyclically, with variable and increasing frequency in the first 7 phases, decreasing
over the remaining 5 phases. This is a complete programme that is useful for
muscle tone, definition and strength.
PROG. 12 - toning, definition and strength training - duration 30 minutes
An advanced programme with 10 different phases of stimulation that alternate
cyclically, with variable and increasing frequency in the first 6 phases, decreasing
over the remaining phases; some phases are at a higher frequency that the pre-
vious programme. This is a complete programme that is useful for muscle tone,
definition and strength.
Advanced alternating stimulation programmes; can be used as a
continuation of the training programme or at your discretion
PROG. 13 - toning, definition and strength training - duration 30 minutes
An advanced programme that alternates stimulation of the central and lateral ab-
dominal muscles autonomously and progressively, with a series of impulses at 60
Hz that alternate every 5.5 seconds. Muscles are stimulated in alternation for an
intense and continuous training that tones, defines and increases strength.
PROG. 14 - toning, definition and strength training - duration 30 minutes
An advanced programme that alternates stimulation of the central and lateral ab-
dominal muscles. This programme alternates more rapidly than the previous one,
with series of 60-Hz impulses alternating every second without pauses. A com-
plete programme recommended for toning, definition and strength training.
PROG. 15 - toning, definition and strength training - duration 30 minutes.
An advanced programme, with even faster alternation. The series of 60-Hz impuls-
es alternate every half second; ideal for intense and targeted toning, increasing
strength and definition.
