TESMED ABSOLUTE - PROGRAMME DESCRIPTION
Toning programmes - basic level
PROG. 1 - duration 25 minutes
Initial level - a programme with a single phase of stimulation, low frequency, ideal
for those using EMS stimulation for the first time.
PROG. 2 - duration 25 minutes
Intermediate level - a programme with a single phase of stimulation, but with a
higher frequency than the previous programme, lasting for a longer period. Suit-
able for beginners gaining confidence with EMS stimulation or for those returning
to training with the belt following a long period of inactivity.
Progressive toning programmes
PROG. 3 - duration 25 minutes
This programme marks the passage from a single phase of stimulation to progres-
sive toning. The frequency is higher than the preceding programmes. Complete
the training session before passing on to the following programme.
PROG. 4 - duration 25 minutes
This is a programme with a single phase of stimulation that is more challenging
that the previous programmes; the frequency is higher, as is the number of impuls-
es. If possible, gradually increase intensity.
PROG. 5 - duration 25 minutes
This programme, with a single phase of stimulation, completes the third week of
progressive training. If you are able, increase intensity to a point at which stimula-
tion is pleasant yet vigorous.
Optimisation programmes - can be added as a continuation of the
training programme or used as you like
PROG. 6 - toning, definition and strength training - duration 30 minutes
A programme with 10 different phases of stimulation that alternate in a cycle with
variable frequency, of which 5 are in close sequence (each impulse perceived con-
sists of 6 indistinguishable impulses in rapid succession). Useful for maintaining
and increasing abdominal strength and definition.
PROG. 7 - toning and strength training - duration 30 minutes
An advanced programme for abdominal activation; the toning effect is powerful,
and is aimed at increasing strength. Two different phases of stimulation alternate
in a cycle; the first is at a variable frequency of up to 120 Hz, while the second is an
intense series of impulses (each impulse perceived consists of 6 indistinguishable
impulses in rapid succession).
This programme completes the fifth week of training.
Additional training programmes - can be added as a continuation
of the training programme or used as you like
PROG. 8 - toning and strength training - duration 30 minutes
A programme that alternates 3 different phases of stimulation in a cycle, aimed
