Starting
to sew
[] Pull the button holder to the rear (see the message on
the screen).
[] Place the fabric under the foot. Press the Upldown
needle position button twice. Remove the fabric to draw
the needle thread through the slot in the foot.
[] Place the fabric under the foot. Lower the foot. Press
down the foot control.
The machine will lock stitch, sew 16 rows of darning,
lock stitch again and stop automatically.
[] Turn the fabric and repeat sewing.

For darning
less than
3/4" (2 cm)
The size of the darning cycle is variabJe.
The pre-set and maximum size is 3/4" (2 cm) long
and 9/32" (0.7 cm) wide.
For shorter length set the machine to "Low" speed
settings= 4 lock stitches will be sewn first
Then sew to
the desired length and press the reverse button (see the
message on the screen). The desired length has now
been determined.
Continue sewing until the machine stops automatically.

To adjust
the shape of darning
stitch
If one side of the darn is higher than the other, make
them even by pressing the stitch length "+" or "-" key.
When you press the "+" or "-" key, d3 will be indicated
automatically.
You can adjust the shape of the darn by
pressing "+" or "-" key, dl to dg.
To memorize
darning
stitch
When repeatedly sewing the same-size darn to repair a
side rip or belt loop, press memory key and restart
sewing.
