FREQUENT VERIFICATIONS.
Periodically check that the steel cable is in good con-
ditions, it may not be worn away nor damaged (12).
Check the conditions and tightening of the nuts secu-
ring the hoist clamps (13). Periodically check that mo-
tor stop emergency switch and the operation swith are
in good operating conditions (14).
THERMAL PROTECTION.
This hoist disposes of a thermal protection against
overloads of work or electrical tensión. When wor-
king continuously the motor during minutes, the
heat screen will automatically make it stop in order
avoid failures. After minutes of rest, the motor will
work again (75-25%).
ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION.
The materials and components that have been
used to manufacture this product can be re-used
and recycled. Werku
Management System that is in charge of the co-
rrect elimination of the residues of this product. Do
not eliminate this product with domestic residues.

in the collection points established by the Integra-
ted Management System or in the recycling point

WARRANTY AND TECHNICAL SERVICE.
Werku
offers a warranty that covers the repair of

all defects found due to faults in the materials or
manufacture. For this cover to be effective it is ne-
cessary for these defects to appear within the vali-
dity period. The consumer is entitled to free repair
of all defects (shipping costs, labour costs and ma-
terials included), either via the repair or by replace-
ment (if necessary, with a later model). In any case,

will not accept replacements if these repre-

sent a disproportionate cost compared to the cost
of repair. This warranty does not affect consumer's
rights established by European or national laws.

The validity period of this warranty is 3 years. The
validity period starts on the date of purchase by the
first consumer. This date is shown on the invoice
or receipt of purchase. Any claims arising from this

cover defects caused by parts that have worn out
from use other types of natural wear, defects cau-
sed by failure to observe the instructions for use
and operation, or for applications other than those
for which this product is intended, abnormal envi-
ronmental factors, overloading, or unsuitable main-
tenance or cleaning, faults caused by the use of
spare parts, accessories or replacements that are
not original Werku
totally or partially disassembled, modified or repai-
red by personnel other than that of the Technical
Assistance Service or minimum and irrelevant irre-
gularities for suitable use or operation. Repairs and
replacements will not extend or renew the validity
period of this warranty. The replaced parts will be-
come the property of Werku
product to the Technical Assistance Service, and it
fails to comply with the conditions of this warran-
ty, all expenses and transportation risks shall be
paid by the buyer. This warranty is only valid within
the territory of the European Union. The company
responsible for the compliance of this warranty is
Werku Tools SA.
