Requirements for voltage supply
The specifications for the voltage supply on the product label are observed.
Safety testing
Before switching the calibration system on, check for obvious damage. Only switch the
instrument on if it is in a fault-free technical condition.
Switch on instrument
Before switching on the instrument, establish an equipotential bonding via the earth
connection between the automatic calibration system and the customer's switchgear in
order to avoid discharges due to potential differences.
1. Connect the mains plug to the voltage supply.
2. Connect the other end to the power supply connector of the instrument.
3. Press the on/off switch with your finger to switch on.

⇒ Control panel is enabled

Danger to life caused by electric current
Improper commissioning will result in an electric shock.

Initial commissioning must be carried out in accordance with country-
specific regulations (e.g. testing in accordance with DGUV (German
Social Accident Insurance) regulation 3 in Germany).

The ambient conditions from the data sheet must be observed.
CAUTION!
Physical injuries due to instrument falling down
Operation on an uneven surface may cause the instrument to fall.
▶
Model ACS-10 must be in a horizontal position on a level and stable
surface during operation.
