EN
Behaviour in event of error
In case of an error, the user can intervene and switch off the instrument.
■
Furthermore, in the event of a fault, all model ACS-10 valves can be set to a safety
■
position by interrupting the power supply.
If leaks occur due to an operating error when filling or evacuating the instrument, the
■
valve of the connected external gas cylinder must be closed immediately.
Should a failure occur, the user can disconnect the hose connection between model
■
ACS-10 and gas cylinder, between model ACS-10 and gas density monitor or
between model ACS-10 and gas compartment. All couplings of model ACS-10 have
a self-sealing design.
If the supply voltage fails, after checking the supply voltage, the model ACS-10 must
■
be switched on again and the desired processes must be restarted.
The on/off switch represents an emergency stop with stop category 0. When
■
switching on and off, all valves are therefore closed.
7. Maintenance and cleaning
7.1 Maintenance
It is recommended to have the reference sensor system recalibrated at a WIKA service
hub after one year or after 7,000 measurements.
The maintenance instructions of the component manufacturers enclosed in the scope of
delivery must be read in full and complied with.
The leak tightness must be ensured before each use of the instrument (e.g. with a gas
detector, model GIR-10).
Repairs must only be carried out by the manufacturer.
88
CAUTION!
Physical injuries
If faults cannot be eliminated by means of the listed measures, the
instrument must be taken out of operation immediately.
▶
Ensure that no pressure is present.
▶
Protect against being put into operation accidentally.
▶
Contact the manufacturer.
▶
If a return is needed, please follow the instructions given in chapter
8.1 „Return".
