Preventive maintenance

As with any equipment, a periodic cleaning is needed to maintain the integrity of
the equipment and its accessories.
Below some items that need care.
Vat cleaning
Always keep the vat clean to avoid clogging in the drain. In order to do so, some
care is necessary:
• Use a soft, water-free absorbent paper to clean the vat after use or after work
has been completed.
• Do not leave keys, connectors, or adapters inside the machine.
• Always keep the machine cover closed to avoid accumulating dust and
residue.
• Before connecting an injector to the equipment, be sure it is clean in order to
eliminate residue like earth and coal.
To drain the fluid from the bowl, place a container on the bowl drain valve (item 6
in Side View 1 image) and open the valve. Wait to finish. Close the valve.
Note: Vat fluid does not return to tank to avoid fluid contamination. The vat
fluid is dirty and contaminated and reuse of this fluid will result in loss of
warranty.
