Warranty and coverage

The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidental situations, accidents,
misuse, abuse, neglect or modification of equipment or any part thereof by
unauthorized persons.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by installation and/or improper
operation, or attempted repair by anyone not authorized by Tecnomotor.
In no event will the liability of Tecnomotor will exceed the original cost of
equipment purchased, and will not cover consequential damages, incidental or
collateral.
The Tecnomotor reserves the right to inspect any equipment involved in the case
of request for warranty service.
The repair or replacement decisions are made at the discretion of Tecnomotor or
persons authorized by it.
The repair or replacement as provided under this warranty constitutes the sole
compensation to the consumer. The Tecnomotor not be liable for any incidental
or consequential damages arising from misuse of equipment of its manufacture.

Loss of guarantee

Tecnomotor determines the main use and maintenance practices for the proper
functioning of the product.
Failure to respect or neglect these practices implies LOSS OF THE PRODUCT
WARRANTY:
• Accommodation of the TM 514 machine on a vibration-resistant bench and the
weight of the machine;
• Electrical connection using 32A three-phase circuit-breaker and N4006 IP44 16A
or N4009 IP44.
• Use of test fluid only ISO 4113 standard of the marks indicated by the
Technomotor described in "Preventive maintenance" (page 213);
• Replacement of the Filter and Test Fluid periodically according to the hours of use
marking of the product, as described in "Filter and test fluid maintenance" (page 214);
• Prior cleaning with descaling substances, cleaning agents or even simple methods
such as the use of cleaning paper and kerosene in the injectors, valve and sensors
before testing the equipment;
• Do not allow the presence of water in the system;
• Daily cleaning of the machine tank as explained in "Vat cleaning" (page 213);
• Periodic maintenance within 6 months is performed by Tecnomotor authorized
service personnel as described in "Periodic Maintenance" (page 227).
• Removing or damaging the TM 514 CQ-OK seal result in the loss of warranty,
except with formal authorization by Tecnomotor.
