Probable Cause
- Accumulation of impurities in the hydraulic
system.
- The system can not raise the pressure to the
heating pressure.
- Low pressure Rail.
- Bad contact on sensor or DRV valve.
- Damaged sensor.
- Damaged DRV.
- Problems of leak in the injector.
- Connections with sealing faults.
- Test DRV installed in high pressure
connections.
- Tank pump with flow problems caused by
damage to the fuse, dirt in the pump filter or
wear.
- High pressure pump with problems.
- Phase failure relay detecting failure on the
power line.
- Phase failure relay with problems.
- Contactor with problems.
- AC power board with problems.
- Bad contact at the motor activating terminals.
- Problems with activating the AC power
driver.

- Bad contact at the sensor terminals.

the pressure regulating valve of the system.
- Electrically damaged pressure regulating
valve.
- Problems in the activating valve circuit.

Solution
- Restart the machine and try the operation
again.
- Check the external high pressure
connections.
- Check the presence of the DRV valve in the
high pressure connections of the tank (it
should not remain in case of sensor and
injector testing).
- Check the tank pump fuse.
- Check for accumulation of dirt in the tank
pump pre-filter.
- Check that the filter and fluid have been
replaced properly.
- Check that the tank pump can be heard by
turning on.
- Check that the three-phase motor can be
heard by turning on.
- Check that the fault relay and phase
sequence status LEDs are on (or consistent
with the label).
- Check that the power line is adequate.
- Contact Technical Assistance to perform the
complete periodic maintenance.

Solution
- Check the fluid level of the tank. If it is low,
add fluid.
- If there is sufficient fluid in the tank, it may be
a problem with the level sensor or bad contact
at the sensor terminals. In this case, contact
the Technical Assistance to perform
maintenance.
