Connecting a two-coil injector to the equipment
CRIN 4-21 family injectors have two coils.
The image below shows how to connect to the TM 514 using two CI-03 cables.
Important: Never run injector tests with valve connected to the pressure
line (Rail).
Although electrical identification of injectors suitable for testing is possible,
it is extremely inadvisable to select a type of injector other than the one
being tested, as incompatibility between injector parameters may occur and
this may damage the injector.
Never disconnect or connect a device during the test.
Tighten the hydraulic connections carefully to avoid damaging the adapter
threads. The backrests of the adapters are all tapered, facilitating sealing
and requiring less effort when tightening.
When tightening the plugs and adapters, use a maximum torque of 30 Nm.
Clean the injector before assembling it in the machine.
The accumulation of particles in the fluid circulation system can cause
faults and damage to the equipment, which are not covered by the
guarantee of manufacturing defects.
