CAUTION!
All the maintenance operations that are not indicated in the engine manual must be carried out by an author-
ised workshop. To ensure constant and regular operation of the machine, remember that any replacement of
spare parts must only be done with original spare parts.

Storage

Follow all the previously described maintenance instructions.
Clean the machine perfectly.
Remove the fuel from the engine tank (13) and refit the cap (14).
Store in a dry environment, possibly not in direct contact with the ground and away from heat sources.

7 MAINTENANCE

Routine maintenance

CAUTION!
Turn off the engine (3) before performing any maintenance operation.
All the maintenance operations which are not described in this manual have to be performed in authorised
service centres.
Maintenance operations may be carried out by the users.

General information

Before any maintenance operation:
Turn off the ON-OFF switch (10).
Put on heavy-duty protective gloves.

Oil top-up

If the oil level drops, top-up the gearbox with SAE 30 oil.
CAUTION!
Excessive filling can cause oil leaks in the shaft outlet area.

Hook rollers replacement

Using a screwdriver remove the worn rollers (26) and replace them, inserting the new rollers on the teeth (24) of the
hook (21).

Cleaning

Periodically clean the tool using a cloth and compressed air.
Keep the handles (5) and (16) clean from oil and petrol.
Guide lubrication:
Loosen the 6 screws (Fig. C) and remove the side protection (12).
Grease with appropriate can by inserting the tube into the indicated holes (20).
Refit the side protection (12).
Recommended grease: Lube Spray Grease - Campagnola (Fig. D).

Storing
