CONTROLS ADJUSTMENT
CLUTCH: Check the idle stroke
of the clutch lever regularly. This
should be approximately 5mm. In order to
change adjustment, loosen nut A (Fig. 18);
screw or unscrew adjuster B until stroke is
approx. 5 mm, then lock nut A again.
DIFFERENTIAL LOCK: If the differential lock
is still engaged when lever 3 (Fig. 19) has
been put in idle, obtain proper adjustment
by using adjuster A and nut D.
STEERING COLUMN ROTATION LEVER:
if by pulling lever 11 (Fig. 20), the steering
column is not released, then set adjuster A
and nuts D.
BRAKES: With levers 4 and 5 (Fig. 21) on,
the wheels must be blocked. If this is not the
case, loosen nuts B and then set adjuster
A. When adjustment is obtained lock nuts
B again.
INVERTOR CONTROL LEVER: Check that
the Invertor control cam on the gear box is
in position:
when the symbol shown in Fig. 21/1 is
visible on invertor lever (10): the control
cam should beat against pin A, as shown in
figure 21/A.
when the symbol shown in Fig. 21/2 is vi-
sible on invertor lever (10): the control cam
should beat against pin A, as shown in figure
21/B. To adjust cam position, set wire clamp
B (Fig. 21/A and 21/B) "finely" by means of
adjuster C and nuts D (Fig. 21).
