8. UNIT SCRAPPING

WARNING!
DURING MACHINE SCRAPPING ALL THE SAFETY PRE-
CAUTIONS SET OUT IN CHAPTER 3 AND VALID FOR AS-
SEMBLY SHALL BE COMPLIED WITH.
Machine scrapping must be performed by authorised techni-
cians just like assembly.
Metal parts may be disposed of as metal scrap.
In any case all the materials from scrapping must be dispo-
sed of in compliance with the regulation in force in the
country of installation of the electrical pump.

9. SPARE PARTS

Electric pump overhauling or repair must be performed by the manufactu-
rer or an authorised workshop possessing the relevant assembly and disas-
sembly manuals and lists of spare parts.
The replacement of parts and repair procedures require compliance with
ALL SAFETY PRECAUTIONS set out in chapter 6 "MAINTENANCE" and 3
"SAFETY."

PROCEDURE TO ORDER SPARE PARTS
To order spare parts proceed as follows:
– specify the motor and related pump serial number and year of manufac-
ture;
– specify the code of the required spare part
(refer to the tables contained in the technical catalogue or in exploded dra-
wings).
– specify the required quantity.
Requests must be sent to the Manufacturer or authorised dealer.
