4. INSTALLATION

1.5 PUMP ADJUSTMENT
- Fix the base on the support surface with the appropriate screws,
tightening them (Fig.28)
- If the pump runs with the foot valve, fill the column with water.
- Make sure that the impellers are resting on the diffusers (turning the
pulley and counter shaft, the movement is by forcing)
- Slowly tighten the adjusting ring nut (G) until the rotating part is re-
leased (Fig.29)
The rotating part should slide smoothly.
- Tighten by lifting the shaft (A) by at least 2 mm. For small depths.
- Lift more depending on the installation depth and pressure data, ob-
serving the data provided by the company (contact the Support Servi-
ce).
- Tighten the fixing screw (V). - Check that rotation is smooth.
