Check the oil
Change the oil
Change the oil and the
shaft seal
1. Unscrew the oil plug.
2. Lay the pump on its side and drain the oil into a
suitable vessel.
3. Fill with Turbine oil number 32.
– Quantity, Primo D: 0.14 L (0.15 qt)
– Quantity, Primo S: 0.15 L (0.16 qt)
4. Put the gasket and the oil screw back and tight-
en it.

5.2 Insulation check

The insulation resistance of the motor must be
checked once a month.
Check the resistance between phases and be-
tween phase and ground (earth).

6 Troubleshooting
Introduction
DANGER: Crush Hazard
Moving parts can entangle or crush. Al-
ways disconnect and lock out power be-
fore servicing to prevent unexpected
startup. Failure to do so could result in
death or serious injury.
The pump does not run, or starts-stops-starts in
rapid sequence
