WARNING
Before changing the battery, disconnect the
USB – Box from the PC.
1. Unplug the USB cable and the power cord (if appli-
cable).
2. Pull the rear housing cover out of the box. Use a
screwdriver to unlock it (see illustration).
3. Gently pull off the cable and take the set of storage
batteries out of the holder.
4. Place the new set of storage batteries in the holder
and connect the cable.
ATTENTION
ALWAYS observe the color coding when reconnecting

the cable (see illustration).

5. Push the housing cover into the box until it locks in
place.
6. Make the unit ready for exposure.
7. Enter the following key combination to indicate the
change of batteries to the SIDEXIS program: [Alt] +
[w]

NOTE
Storage batteries contain environmentally toxic waste
and must be disposed of accordingly.
Since the storage battery is a part subject to wear, we
grant a six-month warranty on the NiMh storage battery.
