4.1.2 Securing the portable system to an equipment
Requirement

2. Additionally secure the portable system using two long
clamping belts.
In doing so, note: fasten the clamping belts to the equipment
rail with the rubber strips located on the inside.
The portable system is mounted on the equipment rail.

The optional equipment rail adapters are mounted on the portable
system.
1. Hook the portable system onto the equipment rail using the
equipment rail adapters.
Risk of injury due to inadequate fastening of the portable system!
If the portable system is not correctly fastened, it may fall off or be
thrown around inside the vehicle and injure people.
 Ensure that the locking mechanism snaps noticeably into place.
Risk of injury due to falling portable system!
If the portable system is loaded with additional weight (e.g., due
to people leaning on it), it may fall and injure people or cause
damage to the device.
 Do not load the portable system with additional weight.
2. Push the locking levers outwards until the locking mechanism
noticeably snaps into place.
