Troubleshooting

In case of malfunction, lack of heating, steam release when drawing hot water, turn power off and contact the
installer.
Troubleshooting operations must be performed exclusively by a professional.

Check voltage on power wires
Check settings of the installation
(see operating ranges)
Check if the power to the unit is
continuous.
Check if absence of cold water
supply on the hot water circuit
(Possible faulty thermostatic mixing
valve).
Set the temperature setpoint higher.
Check the resistance of the spark
plug on the spark plug connector
and its condition.
Check the safety thermostat.
