ELECTRICAL WIRING

A ground connection is required. A special terminal with the mark
is provided for this purpose.
Before removing the cover, ensure the power is off to avoid injury or
electric shock.
The electrical installation must include an all-pole disconnection
device (circuit breaker, fuse) upstream of the device in accordance
with applicable local installation rules (30 mA GFCI breaker).
Never directly power the heating element.

MAINTENANCE - TROUBLESHOOTING

Flushing: Turn the power off and shut cold water off, open hot water
faucets and open the drain valve of the safety device.
The draining device of the safety unit must be operated periodically
(at least once a month). This will remove any scale buildup and
ensure it is not blocked.
If the power wire is damaged, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer, his technical support service or similarly qualified
persons to avoid any injury. Refer to the wiring diagrams in the
"Electrical Wiring"-"Installation" sections.
The operating instructions of this device are available by contacting
the Customer Service (contact information at the end of this
Manual).
When installing the flange, the gasket must be replaced.
