Product Overview
1.
Winter Operation
Without electrical kit: heating of the domestic water will occur through the primary circuit (heat exchange).
With the thermostat: the changeover thermostat drives the circulation pump operation allowing the circulation of the
primary fluid; it can be connected to the pump of the heating circuit.
15 to 30 minutes later, water should drip through the opening of the safety unit. This is quite normal; it is due to the
expansion of water from heating (2 to 3% of the tank capacity).
Winter operation requires turning off the power supply to the resistance (if you have a single-phase wired kit, this is
done via the switch intended for this purpose).
2.
Summer, Spring and Fall Operation
If you have an electrical kit, the boiler being turned off, hot water will be produced via the electrical resistance.
Turn off the power to the thermostat controlling the pump.
Press the switch on the electrical panel turning of the power supply to the thermostat connected to the electrical
resistance.
Press the switch "summer-winter" located on the electrical compartment cover of the water heater.
15 to 30 minutes later, water should drip through the opening of the safety unit.
This is quite normal; it is due to the expansion of water from heating (2 to 3% of the tank capacity).
If you do not have an electrical kit, hot water will be produced through the primary circuit (thermal exchange), same
during winter.
3.
Winter/Summer Switching
Carefully follow the instructions above, by interrupting the circulation of the primary fluid by closing
the valve on the circuit.
