PODŁĄCZENIE HYDRAU-
LICZNE ZESPOŁU CYRKULACYJ-
NEGO.
Urządzenie wysyłane jest do klienta już wstępnie
zmontowane. Przewody rurowe do podłączeń muszą
być zamówione oddzielnie.
Aby uniknąć przedostawania się ewentualnej pary
do zbiornika wyrównawczego, należy go ustawić w
pozycji niższej względem kolektorów. Jeżeli zbiornik
ustawiony jest powyżej kolektorów, musi zostać
podłączony za pomocą specjalnej rury zapobiegającej
nagrzewaniu zbiornika (rura ta nie jest dostarczana
przez firmę Immergas, służy ona do przerywania cyr-
kulacji warstwowej). Po każdorazowym opróżnieniu
instalacji, system należy dokładnie opłukać bieżącą
wodą. Zespół cyrkulacyjny nie został zaprojektowany
do eksploatacji w bezpośrednim kontakcie z wodą
z basenu.
7.1 INSTRUKCJE MONTAŻU.
a) wyjąć urządzenie z osłony izolującej, zdejmując jej
przednią i tylną część.
b) wywiercić dwa otwory Ø 8 w ścianie zgodnie z
otworami na płytce wspornika.
c) przymocować do ściany płytkę wspornika wsuwa-
jąc tylną część w osłonę izolującą.
d) podłączyć złączki zespołu cyrkulacyjnego zgodnie
ze wskazaniami na ilustracjach, używając w tym
celu dostarczonych oddzielnie zestawów złączek.
W przypadku rur miedzianych lub o ograniczonej
wytrzymałości należy wzmocnić ich zakończenia.
Końcówka rury musi zostać ścięta prostopadle
względem osi rury i dokładnie oczyszczona.
e) Zamontować zespół zaworu bezpieczeństwa na ze-
spole cyrkulacyjnym. Spust zaworu bezpieczeństwa
musi zostać podłączony do specjalnego lejka spu-
stowego. W przeciwnym razie, jeśli zajdzie potrzeba
zadziałania zaworu spustowego i pomieszczenie
zostanie zalane wodą, producent nie będzie ponosił
żadnej odpowiedzialności.
f) Podłączyć kabel elektryczny zespołu cyrkulacyjne-
go zgodnie z zaleceniami podanymi w instrukcji
obsługi centralki, umieszczając go pośrodku
urządzenia.
g) Zakryć zespół cyrkulacyjny uprzednio zdemonto-
wanymi panwiami.

CIRCULATION UNIT HY-
DRAULIC CONNECTION.
The device is pre-assembled before delivery. The
pipes for connection must be ordered separately.
To avoid any vapour entering the expansion ves-
sel, position the expansion vessel lower than the
collectors. If the vessel is positioned above the col-
lectors height, it must be connected by means of a
particular pipe to prevent the vessel from heating
up (this pipe, which is not supplied by Immergas,
interrupts the laminar circulation). Every time the
system is emptied, it must be rinsed well with run-
ning water. The circulation unit is not designed for
use in direct contact with swimming pool water.
7.1 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS.
a) remove the device from the insulation casing by
removing the front and rear halves.
b) drill two holes Ø 8 on the wall in correspondence
with the holes on the supporting plate.
c) fix the supporting plate to the wall by placing the
rear half of the insulation casing.
d) connect the circulation group fittings in accord-
ance to the indications of the figures using the
fittings kit supplied separately. If using copper
pipes or pipes of limited physical resistance their
terminals must be reinforced. The terminal part
of the pipe must be cut perpendicular in respect
to the pipe axis and cleaned.
e) Mount the safety valve unit on the circulation
unit. The safety valve outlet must be connected to
a draining funnel. Otherwise, the manufacturer
declines any responsibility in case of flooding if
the drain valve cuts in.
f) Connect the electric cable of the circulation
unit as indicated in the respective manual of the
control unit, positioning it at the centre of the
device.
g)Cover the circulation unit with the front case
previously removed.

RACCORDEMENT HYDRAU-
LIQUE GROUPE DE CIRCULA-
TION.
Le dispositif est préassemblé avant l'expédition.
Les tuyaux pour le raccordement doivent être
commandés séparément.
Pour éviter quiune éventuelle vapeur entre dans le
vase expansion, positionner le vase expansion plus
en bas, par rapport aux collecteurs. Si le vase est po-
sitionné sur la hauteur des collecteurs, il faut le relier
avec un tuyau particulier pour éviter le chauffage du
vase (ce tuyau non fourni par Immergas interromp
la circulation laminaire). Après chaque vidange de
l'installation, le système doit être bien rincé à l'eau
courante. Le groupe de circulation n'est pas conçu
pour être utilisé au contact direct de l'eau de piscine.
7.1 INSTRUCTIONS DE MONTAGE.
a) retirer le dispositif du boîtier d'isolation en
enlevant la partie avant et celle arrière.
b) faire deux trous Ø 8 sur le mur en correspon-
dance avec les trous sur la plaque de support.
c) fixer la plaque de support au mur en interposant
la partie arrière du boîtier d'isolation.
d) relier les raccords du groupe de circulation
selon les indications des figures, en utilisant les
kits raccords fournis à part. En cas de tuyaux
en cuivre ou de tuyaux de résistance physique
limitée, leurs terminaux doivent être renforcés.
La partie terminale du tuyau doit être coupée
perpendiculairement par rapport à l'axe du
tuyaux et nettoyée.
e) monter le groupe clapet de sûreté sur le groupe
circulation. L'évacuation de la soupape de
sécurité doit être branchée à un entonnoir
d'évacuation. Dans le cas contraire, si la soupape
d'évacuation devait intervenir en inondant le
local, le fabricant ne serait pas responsable.
f) relier le câble électrique du groupe de circulation,
comme indiqué dans le manuel de la centrale
de contrôle, en le positionnant au centre du
dispositif.
g) couvrir le groupe de circulation avec la coquille
avant précédemment démontée.
