G.5 Send Results and Diagnostic Data
In addition to sending test results at the completion of a test and from the QC and Patient Search features, results may be sent
from the Send button located in the Search subsection of the Review section. Also, IRMA Base diagnostic information may be
emailed to LifeHealth technical support from the Tech Support button.
Send Results
Send all unsent test results or send all test results to the external data manager.
Send Unsent Results:
1. Select the Send button.
2. Select the New button.
3. Press the NEXT button. Any unsent test result, EQC, TQC, LQC
and Patient, will be sent to the external data manager.
NOTE: The IRMA System must be configured to send to an
external data manager and the external data manager
must be configured to receive results from the IRMA
System for the Send feature to function properly�
Send All Results:
1. Select the Send button.
2. Select the All button.
3. Press the NEXT button. All test results contained in the instrument, EQC, TQC, LQC and Patient, will be sent to the
external data manager.
NOTE: The IRMA System may contain thousands of records� Sending all records may take a long time�
Tech Support
Send IRMA Base diagnostic data to LifeHealth technical support.
Send Diagnostic Data to Technical Support:
1. Select the Tech Support button.
2. Select the date of testing using the spinner controls.
3. Press the EMAIL button. IRMA Base diagnostic data will be
sent to LifeHealth technical support for the date selected.
NOTE: IRMA Base diagnostic data should only be sent to
LifeHealth technical support at the request of LifeHealth
technical support or at the request of your IRMA System
representative to assist LifeHealth in troubleshooting an
IRMA System issue�
NOTE: No patient identifier; no test results; no other test
information; no protected patient data is transmitted to
LifeHealth through the use of this feature�
NOTE: The IRMA System must be in range of a WiFi access point and be configured for a WiFi network with
Internet access, or the USB to Ethernet adapter must be inserted into the USB port on the IRMA Base and
connected to a network with Internet access in order for this feature to work�
