2) SAFETY
If correctly installed and used, this automation device satisfies the required
safety level standards. However, it is advisable to observe some practical rules
in order to avoid accidental problems. Before using the automation device,
carefully read the operation instructions and keep them for future reference.
Keep children, persons and things outside the automation working area,
particularly during operation. Keep radio control or other control devices out
of children's reach, in order to avoid any unintentional automation activation.
Do not modify the automation components. Before proceeding to any external
cleaning operation, disconnect the mains powers supply.
For any direct assistance to the automation system, request the help
of a qualified technician (installer).
3) USE
Depending on the type of control fitted, the automation system must be used
in accordance with the instructions given by the installer in order to ensure
safety for persons, animals and things.
4) EMERGENCY MANOEUVRE (Fig.1)
The irreversibility of the reduction gear unit allows the overhead door to be
tightly held in the closing and opening position, and makes the use of an
electric lock redundant.

USER'S MANUAL
A
Knob release or wire command systems are available.
- The knob release device is activated by unscrewing the knob anticlockwise
(fig.A). To reactivate motor-driven operation, fully screw the release
knob.
- The SEB version release device with wire command (fig. C) must be used
when the garage does not have a secondary access. The wire command
device allows the door to be released from the outside by inserting the
personalised key into the appropriate lock, which is to be rotated by about
180° to activate the release for manual opening. In the case where the
release must be activated from the inside (fig. B), manually rotate lever "L"
from position "A" to position "B", and keep it in the required position during
the entire manoeuvre.
Motor-driven operation is restored by removing the key from the external
release lock or simply by releasing lever "L" from the inside.
5) MAINTENANCE
Disconnect the power supply when carrying out any maintenance opera-
tions.
-
Lubricate the joints of the manoeuvring arm regularly.
-
Clean the lenses of the photocells every so often.
-
Have a specialised technician (installer) check the adjustment of the
electric clutch.
-
In the event of any anomalous functioning which cannot be resol-
ved, disconnect the power supply and contact a specialised technician
(installer).
Whilst the automation is out of order, activate the manual release to allow
manual opening and closing.
6) SCRAPPING
WARNING! This operation should only be carried out by qualified person-
nel.
Materials must be disposed of in conformity with the current regulations.
In case of scrapping, the automation devices do not entail any particular risks
