MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR
The jack must be maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions:

A visual inspection is necessary to ascertain that the jack has no broken or damaged parts.

have an outside perspective on the condition of the machine.
- Check that the markings (technical table on the handle, and maximum capacity sticker on the jack) are in the same condition

- Test the operation of the pressure relief valve between 8 bar and 9 bar (no load in maximum position).
- Test the jack at its rated load of 8 bar (refer to the load curve to identify 2 test points).
- Test the jack in the down position at 8 bar (maximum jack capacity).
Document the test results in this manual under the heading «MAINTENANCE JOURNAL», sign and date in order to maintain a traceable
record of your routine inspections.
