Mechanic: Responsible for the preventive and corrective maintenance of the pump, following the
maintenance plan and the manufacturer's recommendations. Must know the structure, compo-
nents and operation of the pump, as well as the necessary tools and spare parts. Must have te-
chnical training in mechanics, hydraulics and electricity, and experience in the maintenance of
centrifugal pumps.

Supervisor: He is in charge of supervising the work of the operators and mechanics, ensuring
compliance with quality, safety and environmental standards. He/she must be familiar with the
installation, operation and maintenance of the pump, as well as the associated risks and preventive
measures. You must have advanced training in engineering, hydraulics and electricity, and expe-
rience in team and project management.

POSSIBLE REASONS
1. Lack of electricity.
2. Incorrectly inserted plug.
3. Wrong electrical connection
4. Circuit breaker tripped
5. Fuses blown
6. Float blocked.
7. Activation of thermal protection (single-
phase).
8. Activation of the dry run protection
system.
1. Voltage drop on the power line. 2.

SOLUTION
1. Check the electricity line meter.
2. Check the electrical connection.
3. Check the terminal panel and the electrical
panel.
4. Reset the circuit breaker.
5. Replace the fuses.
6. Verify that the float reaches the ON level.
7. Check power line voltage.
8. Check water level and correct connection
of devices.
1. Wait for restoration.
2. Clean the filter.
3. Unlock or clean the valve and check
operation.
4. Fill it up.
5. Reset the water level.
6. Prime the pump. Check delivery check
