The most frequent maintenance is as follows:
Replacement of the mechanical seal.
Replacement of the seals.
Replacement of bearings.
Replacement of the condensers.
However, these components, which are typically subject to wear and tear, can last much longer if the
electric pump is used correctly.
When the pump is not to be used for a long period of time, it is advisable to empty the pump by remo-
ving the drain and priming plugs, flushing it thoroughly with clean water, and emptying the water to
avoid deposits inside the pump.
This operation must be carried out whenever there is a risk of freezing, in order to avoid breakage of
the components of the pump itself.
For possible repairs, original spare parts must be ordered from our sales and service
network.
Non-original spare parts can damage the product and be dangerous for people and
property.
10. DECOMMISSIONING
When disposing of the product, strictly observe the regulations in force in each country, making sure
that no residues of the treated liquid are left inside the product.
Most of our pumps are free of particularly polluting materials.
It is the responsibility of the user to dispose of all equipment by handing it over to a designated collec-
tion centre for the purpose of recycling and disposal of electrical equipment.

centre where the product was purchased.
11. JOB POSITIONS
The jobs that may be occupied by workers operating a horizontal monobloc centrifugal pump are as
follows:

Operator: He is responsible for starting, checking and stopping the pump, following the instructions
in the manual and the safety procedures. He/she must be familiar with the pump operation, para-
meters and indicators, as well as possible anomalies and corrective measures. He must have basic
