ENDLESS MOTOR SHORT-
CIRCUIT.

AFTER THE IGNITION, THE
WATER TEMPERATURE
INCREASES VERY FAST.
 The C.P.U. detects that the reduction motor
or tension output
corresponding to the reduction motor is in
short-circuit.
 The C.P.U. detects that the start-up
electrode of tension output of the C.P.U.
corresponding to the electrode are in short-
circuit.
 Gas outlet temperature is not sufficient for
correct functioning; the minimum must be
o
100 C.
 The gas outlet sensor does not detect the
temperature required for operation.
 Security thermostat activated.
 The C.P.U. does not detect items of
~230/240V - 50Hz. If the boiler is new, this
might be caused by electrical problems. If it
happens after repair, it might be due to the
non connection of the motors terminal
strips.
 Failure or possible failure in the C.P.U.
 Gas outlet probe is exchanged by the NTC.
 Air in the installation.
 The Booster pump is stiff.
 Installation of radiators less than 10kW.
 Make sure power reaches the endless motor,
see menu 3 section 2.
 Check with a multimeter if the motor is
of the C.P.U.
clamped to earth or the winding is in short-
circuits.
 Check the blue cable going out from the
C.P.U. Connect it if necessary.
 If the boiler is new, this might be caused by
electrical problems.

 Check the grey cable going out from the
C.P.U. Connect it if necessary.
 This is the first start-up of the boiler, wait
until the Motors stop and turn i ton again.
 There were no pellets in the boiler. Fill the
hopper in.
 The screw of the endless motor is
obstructed. Unblock it.
 Check the quality of the pellets, see if it
contains much sawdust or humidity. Buy a
new bag of pellets.
 The boiler is dirty and stopped the pellets
drop for security reasons. Carry out
maintenance.
 The safety thermostat is armed. Purge the
whole heating system (see section 4) wait for
the boiler is completely cool and reset the
security thermostat.
 Gas outlet sensor damaged. Replace it.
 C.P.U. damaged. Replace it.
 Disconnect the Test of Control of the
hardware in menu 1-7b, disconnect the
boiler and connect it again; if everything
works well, tension decreases or you hear
noise in the electric mains.
 Check with a multimeter that the motors are
not in short-circuits.
 Disconnect the Test of Control of the
hardware in menu 1-7b, disconnect the
boiler and connect it again; if everything
works well, tension decreases or you hear
noise in the electric mains.
 The thermocouple and NTC are exchanged,
see wiring diagram.
 Purge installation, boiler and booster pump.
 Unstiff the pump (see point 4).
 Increase the installation.
