RESISTANCE)
DISCONNECTED.
SHORT-CIRCUIT IN THE
PUMP.
SHORT-CIRCUIT OF THE
EXTRACTION MOTOR.
 The boiler needs air for combustion.
 Check the Lumber of hours of operation
since last maintenance (Menu 2-5).
 Check pellets quality.
 As indicated, the fireplace door is open or
there is a failure in the air Redding system
necessary for combustion to happen.
 The C.P.U. does not detect the pump.
 The C.P.U. does not detect the Extractor.
 The C.P.U. does not detect the reduction
motor of the Endless motor.
 The C.P.U. does not detect the start-up
Electrode (start-up resistance).
 The Unicontril detects that the pump or the
output voltage of the C.P.U. corresponding
to the pump is in short-circuit.
 The C.P.U. detects that the Extractor of
tension outlet of the C.P.U. corresponding to
the extractor is in short-circuit.
 Make sure fireplace door and ashtray basket
are well closed.
 Carry out maintenance.
 Replace the bag of pellets by another bag;
make sure it is stored in a dry place.
 Fire place door open. Close the door.
 Gas outlet pipe stacked. Clean gas outlet.
 Boiler full
maintenance.
 Air entrance pipe stacked. Clean air Entrance
pipe.
 Air reading pipe (transparent silicone pipe
linking the C.P.U. to the air inlet pipe),
disconnected or cut. Connect or replace.
 Extractor does not turn.
 Failure in depression reading system of the
C.P.U., check depression air level, cf. Menu
3, chapter 1 (S.A.T.)
 If the boiler is new, this might be due to
electric power problems.
 Check the pump is connected to power
through menu 3 section 0.
 Check the grey cable going out from the
C.P.U. Connect it if necessary.
 If the boiler is new, this might be due to
electric power problems.
 Check is power is being supplied to the
exhaust motor through menu 3 section 1.
 Check the red cable going out from the
C.P.U. Connect it if necessary.
 If the boiler is new, this may be due to
electrical problems.
 Check if the endless motor is connected to
power, see menu 3 section 2.
 If power does not reach the endless motor,
check-with the boiler disconnected- if the
safety thermostat is activated. Reactivate if
necessary.
 If the boiler is new, this might be caused by
electrical problems.
 Make sure power reaches the start-up
resistance, see menu 3 section 3.
 Check the black cable going out from the
C.P.U. Connect it if necessary.
 If the boiler is new, this might be caused by
electrical problems.
 Check with a multimeter if the motor is
clamped to earth or the winding is in short-
circuit. Make sure power reaches the
convection motor, see menu 3 section 0.
 Check the grey cable going out from the
C.P.U. Connect it if necessary.
