THE START-UP RESISTANCE DOES NOT WORK:
6.17. Make sure the resistance heats, by moving your finger close to (but not touching) the hole that focuses heat
from the resistance (largest hole in the centre).
THE GAS OUTLET EXTRACTOR DOES NOT WORK OR DOES NOT WORK CORRECTLY:
6.18. Make sure the motor rotates properly by rotating it with your hand (the stove should be disconnected to do
so).
6.19. Check that power reaches the motor, by turning the boiler on.
6.20. Also check the exhaust connection strip and the C.P.U.
THE RECIRCULATION PUMP DOES NOT ROTATE:
6.21. If the boiler accumulates heat and the pump does not move water towards the installation, contact your
dealer.
THE BOILER TURNS OFF:
6.22. There might be no pellets in the boiler.
6.23. A forgotten set programme might have stopped the boiler. Check the programmation of the boiler at points
1-2 or 1-3. Also see chrono settings at point 1-4a show a NO.
6.24. A bad quality of pellets, humidity, excess of sawdust, can be causes of unexpected stops.
6.25. If the boiler turns off and there are half burnt pellets in the fire basket, this might be due to a lack of
cleaning. Revise chapter related to cleaning and maintenance.
6.26. Internal dirt or ongoing use without cleaning.
6.27. If the boiler is off and there are no pellets in the burn pot, check the reducer motor, convection motor and
extractor.
