4. MALFUNCTION CAUSES OF EQUIPMENT AND SOLUTIONS
Malfunction description
1. Oil cannot be absorbed
2. Air leak
3. Insufficient oil outlet pres-
sure
5. MAINTENACE OF EQUIPMENT
Having a good maintenance of equipment will mean a longer duration of the tool and a better and safer use. To keep a good mainte-
nance of equipment, follow the next instructions:
1. The compressed air should be filtrated to protect both parts of the valve from the air dirt.
2. The compressed air shouldn't pass 8 BAR, if this number is surpassed, an overload could damage the high pressure pipe.
3. Don't force or blend the high-pressure pipe to prevent damage.
4. During the rest time, the quick replacing connector should be uninstalled. Pull the gun trigger to release the oil, so the inner oil
pressure can decrease – helping to maintain the hose in good condition.
5. Add oil to the air bomb regularly.
6. During the dissembling process, avoid the touching of the different tool parts to avoid damage.
7. Don't turn on the machine if there isn't enough oil in the tank, to prevent heating the plunge piston pump and avoid possible damage.
8. Clean and keep a good maintenance of the zone: clean regularly the oil off all the tools, and keep the oil tank clean at all times.
